In her role Ixchel leads strategy and operations for the Impact Hub MSP/FINNOVATION Lab collaboration.
As Vice President and Market Growth & Development Consultant for Wells Fargo, Ixchel designed, developed, and implemented a call center/product marketing and training program for over 7500 team members at 24 sites across the country. Her passion for the mission of Impact Hub MSP and FINNOVATION Lab is grounded in her entrepreneurial experience as well as a family history of working to make a difference.

Katrina recently completed her Master's in Development Practice degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs where she studied international development, program evaluation, and natural resource management. Prior to starting grad school she worked as the Development and Office Administrator for WellShare International, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit providing health education programming for refugees and immigrants in the Twin Cities.
Katrina has her Bachelor's Degree in Business from the Carlson School of Management and has experience working on various social enterprise startups. She's excited to be working at Impact Hub supporting so many awesome social entrepreneurs!
Mia Cannon is a 2016 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. Her skill set lies in youth, personal and leadership development, community building, and conversation facilitation. She has used these skills with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Leo A. Hoffman Center, YMCA Camp Ihduhapi and Vertical Endeavors. She is an athlete in the sport of rock climbing and is currently working on a young adult novel.
Event & Marketing Manager
Bailey coordinates internal and external events while overseeing marketing and communication strategies at the Impact Hub MSP/FINNOVATION Lab.
Bailey has worked in program development, communications and fundraising at local non-profits such as People Serving People and Conservation Corps. She is excited to use creativity combined with detail-oriented organization to showcase the important work being done by impact entrepreneurs in the community.
Community Innovation Manager
As Community Innovation Manager, Keith is responsible for overseeing operations and strategic partnerships at the Impact Hub/FINNOVATION Lab.
Keith brings knowledge in operations and entrepreneurial management as well as corporate sales experience to Impact Hub/FINNOVATION Lab. He is passionate about making a difference in the world and is excited to share his knowledge and enthusiasm with the social impact community.
